Bai Brands unveils new line of carbonated beverages with traditional soda flavors

New Jersey-based beverage company Bai Brands has introduced a new line of sugar free carbonated beverages with traditional soda flavors.

The Bai Black lineup includes Kohala Kola, Simbu Citrus, Rioja Root Beer, Jambi Ginger Ale and Colombia Cream. It will be available throughout the US from January 2017.

Packaged in single 11.5 FL oz. cans, each of the Bai Black beverage flavors has been given a suggested retail price of $1.99.

Bai Black is claimed to be made from the finest ingredients such as natural cola, vanilla and sassafras.

Bai Brands founder and CEO Ben Weiss said: “Bai was built on larger idea: to change the way the world drinks.”

“As we continue this quest, we are excited to introduce a new line of carbonated beverages that daringly defies convention.  With Bai Black, we're reinventing the way classic flavors can be consumed.  We've created a product that satisfies soda lovers' desire for bold, delicious flavor without the guilt." 

Bai Brands, the maker of Bai, Bai Bubbles and Antiwater, has also infused Bai Black range with antioxidants derived from the coffeefruit.

The Bai Black line of beverages are said to contain five calories per can with zero grams of sugar and no artificial sweetners.

When it comes to the caffeine content, Bai Brands said that each can has the same amount as that contained in a cup of green tea.

According to Bai Brands, the new line of beverages is non-GMO certified besides being gluten free, kosher, vegan and also soy free.

Bai Brands’ products are distributed by beverage giant Dr. Pepper Snapple Group.
