Dr Pepper Snapple signs flavored soft drink deal with Zaxby’s in US
Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPS) has entered into a five-year agreement with Georgia-based restaurant chain Zaxby’s to expand the availability of flavored soft drink Dr Pepper to all current and future Zaxby’s locations.
Zaxby's will now offer Dr Pepper soft drinks along with Chicken Fingers and Wings at its more than 565 locations across 13 states.
DPS fountain foodservice senior vice president Scott Johnson said: "Zaxby's is in the same business we are - bringing great quality and flavor to our consumers. We are excited to pair Dr Pepper with Zaxby's delicious chicken and help deliver a great dining experience for their guests."
Zaxby's chief executive officer and co-founder Zach McLeroy said: "The unique blend of flavors in Dr Pepper is the perfect addition to our menu, and we are delighted that our guests can now enjoy this beverage with their meal."
DPS portfolio includes 7UP, A&W, Canada Dry, Clamato, Crush, Hawaiian Punch, Mott's, Mr & Mrs T mixers, Peñafiel, Rose's, Schweppes, Squirt and Sunkist soda.
